the location was pretty central, almost too close to the christmas market even. i could just go out the back and grab some glühwein.

The wifi was really bad in the room. there was also no mobile signal, so it was like i was totally cut off from the world. half board started okay but went downhill fast. Veal showed up way too often, and the vegetarian options weren't much better. the staff seemed a bit unfriendly too, like they really didn't want to make coffee after a certain hour.

the wifi was non existent in our room i found this frustrating since there was also no mobile signal i asked for a coffee at the bar one night at 8-30 pm but the person told me the cafe was closed another night at 9-30 pm i saw cappuccinos so i asked to order one i was again told the cafe was closed even though they were still serving other people them

The room included a nice sitting area adjacent to the sleeping area! Plus, there was a balcony overlooking the square. The gym featured good equipment. I counted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The spa area had a large pool and several saunas, it was very relaxing.

The minibar only had two free bottles of water! though a bottle opener wasn't provided.
